New Program Being Released SOON!
When I first started with Beachbody, I did a few modified rounds of Brazil Butt Lift. I truly thought that was my "soul mate" workout until the day Beachbody released The 21 Day Fix.
I jumped on it because it had EVERYTHING I needed to reach my goals. It had the intensity but was not an insane workout AND it had a nutrition plan WITH serving sizes and all! SCORE!
